An LED light mainly consists of the following core components:

LED Chip (Light Emitting Diode):As the core of the light source, it is usually made of semiconductor materials (such as GaN or InGaN) and determines luminous efficacy and color temperature. High-end models may use branded chips such as CREE and OSRAM.

Driver Power Supply:Converts AC power (such as AC220V) to DC power, stabilizing the current output. Common types include constant current drive and constant voltage drive, which affect the lifespan of the lamp and flicker issues.

Cooling System:Usually aluminum fins or a heat sink housing, used to dissipate the heat generated by the chip (e.g., industrial and mining lamps require large fins to handle 300W high power).

Optical Lens/Reflector:Controls light distribution (e.g., a 180-degree beam angle requires a specific lens design), materials include PC or PMMA.

Housing Structure:Provides physical protection and waterproofing (e.g., IP65 rating requires silicone seals and a corrosion-resistant metal housing).

PCB substrate: Supports the LED chips and conducts heat. Aluminum substrates are often used in high-power lighting fixtures due to their excellent heat dissipation.

Auxiliary components: Such as mounting brackets, wiring terminals (e.g., OFF/NO control interfaces), etc.
