You've probably all seen LED boat lights before, even if not in real life, you've likely seen them in movies. As night falls, the lights on cruise ships illuminate the water, providing excellent lighting and making the cruise ship a unique sight on the water-all thanks to LED boat lights.

But what exactly are their functions and characteristics? How do they differ from underwater lights used in swimming pools? These are still relatively unfamiliar topics. Today, Huajin Pool Lighting will discuss LED boat lights with you.

LED boat lights are actually a type of LED underwater light.

Although both are used in water, unlike ordinary 304 stainless steel pool lights, LED boat lights primarily operate in rivers and seas, facing much more complex environments. Besides the basic IP68 waterproof rating, they also require superior corrosion and rust resistance.

Therefore, LED marine lights generally use 316L stainless steel as the main material for the lamp body. This type of stainless steel contains more molybdenum (MO), greatly enhancing its corrosion and rust resistance.

Huajin Pool Lighting: Compared to other lighting methods, LED marine lights also have the following advantages:

First, the selection and color richness are superior to traditional lighting fixtures. LED color temperatures can be selected from 2000-8000K, providing a better lighting environment for crew/passengers and significantly reducing negative psychological states such as depression and tension.

Furthermore, LED marine lights are more energy-efficient than other lighting methods, and their lifespan is nearly 5 times longer.
